The data we collect:
The information collected by 11ten DIRECT when you compete an online information request form is used to communicate with you to provide further information about the services that you have requested and for us to collect additional personal information, such as your previous qualifications, date of birth as well as verbal permission to transfer your information to our contractor for their advisory team to continue your potential application for education provision. We will only pass information about you to our contractor with your express consent. Participants have the right to access their stored data, to rectify them if required and to object to the storage of their data for legitimate purposes. We like to keep our information up-to-date, and you may change any of the basic information we keep about you at any time by e-mailing us at info@11tendirect.com

By submitting your Information and ticking the requisite boxes on our online enquiry form, you expressly consent to such use and transfer, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If at any time you wish to stop receiving emails or any other information you may have requested from us or, please email or write to Customer Services at the address given for us above or click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from us.

Sharing data:
We only share your data with the organization that you have requested further information from on our email to you. They are bound by Data Protection covenants and must process the personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and their own country’s Data Protection Laws.

Data protection policy:
11ten DIRECT undertakes to adhere to the Data Protection Act 1998. Under the Act, a person who determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are or are to be processed is the data controller. In a business (that is not run by a sole trader or that is not a partnership) the data controller is the organisation itself.

The Act sets out eight rules data controllers must follow for protecting personal data - these are known as the eight principles. Personal data must be:

2. Processed only for one or more specified and lawful purposes.
3. Adequate, relevant and not excessive for those purposes.

Processed in line with the rights of the individual (the data subject) - this includes the right to be informed of all the information held about them, to prevent processing of their personal data for marketing purposes, and to compensation if they can prove they have been damaged by a data controller's non-compliance with the Act.
7. Secure and protected against loss, damage and inappropriate processing.
8. Not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (the EU plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) that do not have adequate protection for the particular data being transferred, unless certain conditions are met, for example there is the consent of the data subject.
